It is imperative that you call or arrive on time for your appointment.
*Re-scheduling fee does NOT apply (1 time per month) to clients who have weekly or by-weekly sessions.
- All phone sessions should be scheduled at a time when you will not be interrupted or disturbed.
- Write your questions down beforehand so that you don't forget them during your session.
- 24 HOUR RESCHEDULE POLICY - If you must reschedule, you are required to do so at least 24 hours before your appointment or you are
financially fully responsible for the entire session. Please call 888-714 6226. DO NOT SEND AN EMAIL.
- $20.00 rescheduling fee - Will always apply when you reschedule. You will be put back into the schedule within 24 hours.
- If you miss your session - You are financially fully responsible for the session. Once you re-pay you will be put back into the schedule within 24
hours.
- Ten minute grace period to call - After ten minutes your session is canceled and you are financially fully responsible for the session.
